“Sourdough From Start to Finish”

Class description: Join us for an immersive experience in the art of sourdough baking! This hands-on class is designed for bakers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros. In our course, you will learn the building blocks and techniques behind creating delicious, crusty sourdough bread.

Time: 5:00 - 7:00pm

Cost: $85 per person (must pay to hold seat)

Class includes charcuterie along with coffee and tea.

Also included are a loaf of our fresh baked sourdough bread and a “live” active starter culture with recipe for making your own sourdough bread successfully at home!
